We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through our secured shopping cart. Payment information is collected and processed by Shopify Payments at the time of purchase. Should an item be backordered or out of stock we will contact you regarding substitution or cancellation and provide an immediate refund for out of stock items. If you have a special Coupon Code, enter it in the appropriate box at checkout to make sure that it is applied. The credit and/or savings should be reflected on the shopping cart immediately. Items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are only available for online purchases and will be issued to the original form of payment. In-store purchases are eligible for exchange and/or store credit only. To request a return, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to secure a return authorization. You may notify us via telephone at 808-428-0833 or via email at email@example.com to request a return authorization. Once authorized, we will provide you with a RA# and Return Form. The item must be shipped back to us with the Return Form within 7 days of authorization. Items must be returned unworn and in original condition with all accompanying tags attached. Items that appear to have been worn, washed, damaged or are sent without a return authorization are not eligible for credit or exchange and will be returned to the sender. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE ITEMS.

Once received and approved for return, a credit and/or exchange will be issued within 2-3 business days. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be mailed back to our shipping center and cannot be accepted at our retail store. We recommend using a trackable method of return shipment as the buyer is responsible any loss or damage incurred during return shipping.
